We honor all manufacturers' warranties and will assist you with any product defect. If a product arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), please call as at (800) 705-9721. In most cases, we will replace items that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) during the time period indicated by each manufacturer in the list below. After that, we will help you contact the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

Datamax Printers are covered by Warranty for 12 months, I-Class Printers for 36 months, and W-Class Printers for 60 months.
ELO covers Accutouch Monitors under Warranty for 60 months and Intellitouch Monitors for 120 months.
Hand Held Products' PDT terminals are covered by warranty for 90 days, and other Input Devices are covered for 180 days (model dependent).
Intermec covers Data Collection Terminals and Wireless Access Points for 12 months and Barcode Scanners for 36 months.
PSC covers Terminals under Warranty for 12 months and Barcode Scanners for 24 months.
Sato printers and printheads are both covered by a 12 month manufacturer warranty.
Symbol's Hardware Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months.
Unitech's Warranty covers Barcode Scanners for 12 months and guarantees against DOA.
Zebra Printers, Chargers, and Power Supplies are covered by Warranty for 12 months, Printheads for 6 months, and Spare Parts for 3 months
